Please follow the steps below to enjoy.
*Up to 4 people can enter at once.
① Turn on the electric heater (see below for how to turn it on), close the sauna room door, and raise the temperature inside the room (it takes about 60 minutes to reach a certain temperature)
② Fill the cold bath with water (close the drain at the bottom of the wooden barrel)
③ Pour the water for the loyly into the bucket (mixing in your favorite aroma oil will increase the relaxing effect)
④ Once the temperature inside the sauna has risen to your desired temperature, change into your sauna clothes (swimsuit)
*Please use the sauna and cold bath barefoot
⑤ Make sure to hydrate well before entering the sauna!
⑥ Finally, enter the sauna room! The recommended time is about 8 to 15 minutes.
⑦ Perform loyly as needed
*When using loyly, scoop about half a ladle full of water and pour it only onto the stones. Please be careful not to use loyly too much as it may cause the heater to break down.
⑧ After sweating for about 8 to 15 minutes (a rough guide is the pulse rate after light exercise), leave the sauna room and enter the cold bath. It is recommended to pour the water flowing from the bamboo over your head!
9. Enjoy and relax in the infinity chair!
*Open the sauna door as needed to let in fresh air
Perform one set of steps 5-9, and repeat this 3-5 times
10. After use, be sure to turn off the electric heater switch
(Turn both dials on the left and right fully counterclockwise)
